KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist and guide customers with their queries, requests, and service requirements.
• Welcome customers professionally and ensure they receive a positive and comfortable experience.
• Handle customer enquiries through face-to-face communication, telephone calls, emails, or other available channels.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide accurate information or appropriate solutions.
• Resolve routine customer complaints and service issues professionally and escalate complex matters when required.
• Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate customer information, records, forms, and service-related documentation.
• Update customer details and transaction information in company systems accurately.
• Follow up on pending customer requests and keep customers informed about progress.
• Assist with basic administrative activities related to customer service and branch operations.
• Support daily branch activities, including documentation, filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Ensure customer service procedures are followed consistently.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information and company records.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate relevant feedback to supervisors or management.
• Assist colleagues and other departments whenever required to maintain smooth operations.
• Support the Abu Dhabi branch with other customer service and administrative duties assigned by management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
