KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide first-level and second-level IT helpdesk and desktop support to employees.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, applications, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Provide user support for Microsoft 365 and Outlook, including basic email and application-related issues.
• Assist users with password, account, software, connectivity, and access-related problems.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP connectivity issues.
• Check network connections and coordinate with network or service providers when escalation is required.
• Support users with Microsoft Office applications and other approved business software.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of new computers, workstations, printers, and related devices.
• Maintain accurate records of IT incidents, service requests, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
• Monitor helpdesk requests and ensure issues are handled within appropriate response times.
• Prioritize and respond promptly to urgent IT issues affecting business operations.
• Escalate complex hardware, software, network, or security issues to senior IT personnel when required.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing IT equipment and access requirements.
• Support basic IT asset tracking and maintain accurate equipment records.
• Assist with system updates, software installations, antivirus checks, and routine maintenance.
• Provide technical assistance for meeting rooms, displays, printers, and other office technology when required.
• Support 3CX/VoIP phones and related issues when applicable.
• Maintain professional communication and provide clear technical guidance to users.
• Follow company IT policies, security procedures, and data-protection requirements.
• Perform other IT support duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or a similar IT support role.
• Diploma, Degree, or relevant Certification in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• Strong Windows operating system and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and LAN.
• Experience with 3CX/VoIP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site and handle urgent IT issues effectively.
• Strong customer-service approach with patience and professionalism.
• Organized, reliable, responsible, and able to manage multiple support requests.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an IT team.
