KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Front Desk Management

• Manage front-desk activities and maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional reception environment.
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, guests, and employees in a friendly manner.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer calls to the relevant employees.
• Receive messages and ensure important information is communicated promptly.
• Respond professionally to routine visitor, telephone, and general office inquiries.
• Maintain visitor registers and other reception-related records accurately.

Administrative Support

• Provide basic administrative assistance to management and office teams as required.
• Handle routine correspondence, emails, printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing activities.
• Maintain organized reception documents and administrative records.
• Assist with meeting arrangements, appointment scheduling, and visitor coordination.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth daily office operations.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling company and visitor information.
• Perform additional administrative duties assigned by management.

Communication & Office Coordination

• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, employees, vendors, and management.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while handling multiple tasks.
• Coordinate incoming deliveries, courier items, and routine office communications.
• Ensure reception supplies and essential materials are available when required.
• Report maintenance, facility, or reception-related issues to the appropriate team.
• Support a professional and organized office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or relevant front-desk role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, approachable, and presentable personality.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Good basic computer knowledge and familiarity with common office applications.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable, responsible, and well-organized.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work onsite from Monday to Friday.
