About The Role As an Account Executive

at Thomson Reuters Confirmation, you will:

• Retain and grow existing business, upsell to current customers, and acquire new clients to expand Thomson Reuters Confirmation’s footprint—achieving revenue and book-of-business growth within your assigned territory.
• Effectively manage existing accounts while identifying and pursuing white-space opportunities in the region.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of deals from prospecting through contract completion.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships while proactively scoping and developing new business opportunities.
• Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal, communication, leadership, and presentation skills to gain credibility, influence stakeholders, and work across diverse cultures and teams.
• Act as a proactive self-starter who generates new business leads and develops compelling propositions.
• Exhibit strong account management, time management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Apply creative, solution-oriented problem-solving with deep product knowledge and analytical thinking.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in a sales role with proven responsibility for revenue growth.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, build and cultivate relationships, and coordinate resources across a matrix organization.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience applying value-based, consultative sales methodologies to understand, articulate, and solve client needs.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and leverage technology with high proficiency.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, up to board level.
• A collaborative mindset and proven success as a strong team player.
