Accountant Full Time

Job Overview:

RTS is urgently seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing accounts receivables, payables, financial reporting, and compliance with IFRS standards. This role requires a solid understanding of inventory management, asset accounting, and handling Letters of Credit (LC). Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile accounts receivables and payables.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards for accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee inventory management and asset accounting processes.
• Handle documentation and processes related to Letters of Credit (LC) transactions.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings.
• Assist with financial audits and provide necessary information to auditors.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, specifically in accounts receivable, payable, and financial reporting.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
  • Experience in inventory management and asset accounting.
  • Proficient in handling Letters of Credit (LC) and related documentation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
