We are a veterinary Clinic located in Ajman looking to employ a dedicated and experienced accountant to oversee the activities of our accounts.
Responsibilities & Duties:
. Preparing LPOs as required
. VAT details preparation.
. WPS file preparation after checking the attendance sheet.
. Provision, prepayment, asset entry checking, and passing monthly closing entries.
. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Perform financial day-to-day transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
. Checking the inventory and expiring date for the medicine and items
in the clinic.
.Proficiency in accounting software ( QuickBooks )
Qualification & Skill Set:
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting,
