Accounts Receivable Temporary

Gulf Marine Services (GMS) is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist for a temporary 6-month contract. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate financial documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Communicate with clients regarding payment follow-ups and account statuses.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Maintain accurate and organized records for all accounts receivable activities.

Required Competencies

• Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in accounts receivable.
• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Teamwork: Strong ability to work within a team environment and coordinate across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Contract Details

• Temporary position for 6 months.
