Accountant Full Time

F4 Forwarders FZC is a premier logistics and freight forwarding company known for delivering innovative and efficient solutions. We are seeking a meticulous and professional Accountant to join our team and play a vital role in managing our financial operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and handle VAT filings.
• Assist in preparing budgets and conducting financial analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
• Provide support for financial planning and decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role (experience in the logistics sector is a plus).
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and other relevant financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
