Accountant Full Time

J&T Express Middle East is seeking an experienced Accountant (Fixed Assets & Cost Accounting) to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and handling various accounting tasks related to fixed assets and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Fixed Asset Accounting & Management – Maintain records, track depreciation, and ensure accurate reporting of fixed assets.
Third-Party Labor Cost Accounting – Process and reconcile costs associated with outsourced labor.
Customs Clearance Revenue & Cost Accounting – Oversee and ensure accurate accounting for customs transactions.
Petty Cash Management – Handle and monitor petty cash transactions.
Journal Entries & Prepaid Expense Schedules – Prepare journal entries and maintain prepaid expense records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of local working experience in accounting, preferably in a logistics or express delivery company.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage financial transactions efficiently and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
