Key Responsibilities:

• • Manage daily accounting operations, including data entry, journal postings, and financial reconciliations.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.

• Conduct bank reconciliations, review cash flow statements, and assist with financial forecasting.

• Support monthly and annual closing activities, including preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Maintain petty cash records, track expenses, and process reimbursements with accuracy.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations and proper documentation of all accounting activities.

• Assist in VAT filing, payroll processing, and compliance with UAE accounting and tax laws.

• Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits by providing required financial data and supporting documents.

• Continuously review financial procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Requirements:

• UAE Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance roles within the UAE.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or any related field.

• Preferred Candidates: Applicants from Kerala will be given priority due to regional familiarity and experience.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems and strong command of MS Excel.

• Analytical Skills: Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and problem-solving abilities.

• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• A strong sense of integrity, accountability, and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.
