Accountant Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely follow-ups and proper reconciliations.

• Assist in monthly closing activities such as ledger review, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking.

• Maintain accurate financial records, update ledgers, and support internal controls.

• Prepare basic financial statements and assist in generating reports required by management.

• Handle petty cash, invoicing, billing, and vendor coordination.

• Assist during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to queries.

• Support tax-related work including VAT filing, TDS documentation, and compliance activities.

• Work closely with the finance team to improve processes and maintain transparency in financial documentation.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or any ERP accounting software.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel including formulas, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis.

• Excellent numerical accuracy with strong attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

EXPERIENCE

• 1–2 Years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Freshers with strong knowledge and internship experience may also be considered based on performance.
