Accountant Full Time

Looking for a professional Accountant job in Dubai with Versatile Corporate Services Provider? This role focuses on corporate accounting, VAT compliance, financial reporting, and business advisory support.

An Accountant plays a key role in managing and maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and internal accounting standards. This position is suited for a detail-oriented professional with strong hands-on experience in accounting operations, reporting, and statutory compliance. The Accountant will work closely with consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable financial data and timely reporting.

Eligibility

• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.

• Open to all nationalities; female candidates are preferred.

Experience Required

• 4–5 years of total accounting experience.

• Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile and finalize accounting entries prepared by external consultants, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Enter daily financial transactions into Tally, including invoices, expenses, payments, and journal entries.

• Prepare quarterly management reports, summaries, and supporting schedules for internal review.

• Work closely with external auditors to meet annual audit requirements, including preparation of financial data and audit schedules.

• Collaborate on VAT filing, corporate tax compliance, and other statutory requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

• Perform general accounting duties such as ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and documentation control.

• Utilize Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting tools to support financial analysis and reporting.

• Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and internal control procedures.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

• Excellent proficiency in Tally and MS Office, especially Excel for reconciliation and reporting.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical ability.

• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with consultants, auditors, and internal teams.

• Professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of solid accounting experience, with hands-on exposure to reporting and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is preferred.

• Experience in VAT, corporate tax, and UAE statutory requirements will be a strong advantage.
