Accountant Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including vouchers, journal entries, and ledger postings.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Record sales, purchases, expenses, and other financial transactions in Tally Prime.

• Perform bank and cash reconciliations regularly and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice tracking and follow-ups.

• Prepare basic financial reports such as trial balance, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.

• Support monthly and year-end closing activities by ensuring timely and accurate data entry.

• Assist in GST/VAT-related documentation and statutory compliance as required.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records, invoices, and supporting documents.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments when required.

• Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives.

• Identify accounting issues and apply problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).

• Proficiency in Tally Prime for daily accounting and reporting activities.

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel for data management, reconciliation, and basic reporting.

• Age limit: Below 30 years.

• Accounting experience in India or GCC countries is preferred.

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
