Accountant Full Time

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities

• Sales invoicing and receipts
• Purchase invoices and vendor payment processing
• Bank reconciliation
• Chasing payments and preparing weekly AR and estimates reports
• Processing payroll (including commissions and expense claims) via Bayzat
• Month-end journal entries (prepayments, depreciation, amortisation, etc.)
• Preparing and presenting monthly financial reports to management
• Preparing and filing quarterly VAT returns

Data & Reporting Responsibilities

• Preparing weekly forecast reports
• Updating JA/RF & Billed Banked sheets with placements
• Updating TV/Canva slides
• Preparing reports for strategy meetings
• Preparing the deck for the monthly wrap-up huddle
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis for management

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an accounting role (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of VAT and month-end processes
• Confident handling payroll and expenses (Bayzat experience a plus)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with reporting
• Comfortable working with leadership and producing presentations/decks
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines independently
