Accountant Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as cash management.

• Ensure proper contract management.

• Ensure effective receivables management.

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, reports, and budgets.

• Plan and execute financial transactions and processes.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures.

• Assist with payroll processing.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.

• Prepare and maintain administrative reports.

• Support the Managing Director in achieving company objectives and annual business plans.

• Assist external and internal auditors and provide the necessary support and documentation for audits.

• Implement recommendations and provide management action plans to address issues identified in audit reports.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role (minimum 2 years of professional experience).

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.

• Proficiency in computerized accounting systems and MS Office, especially Excel.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• German language skills are required; English skills are an advantage.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible.
