Candidates experienced in SAP FICO, Oracle ERP finance modules, treasury management, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and internal audit coordination will play a key role in supporting complex port and global trade finance operations.
Job Description

Prepare, review, and file VAT and Corporate tax returns in compliance with local UAE Laws

Maintain accurate tax records, schedules, and supporting documentation.

Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.

Assist in tax planning to optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks.

Support tax audits, assessments, and inquiries from tax authorities, internal auditors, external auditors and tax advisors.

Reconcile tax accounts with general ledger and financial statements.

Coordinate with internal departments and DPW Tax on various tax matters.
Budget

Assist the finance Manager in preparing the annual and quarterly budget/ forecasts.

Coordinate with all the departments for the collection of information to prepare the budgets on time.

Closely monitoring the actual with the budget and reporting of any variances each month to the management.
