Accountant Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow, cheque schedules, and ensure timely vendor and owner payments
• Track property-level expenses, deposits, and lease-related obligations
• Prepare monthly financial statements, P&Ls, and management reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost analysis
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, invoicing standards, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and PRO services when required
• Maintain a clean, structured system of records using accounting software and digital tools

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience with Holiday Homes / Short-Term Rentals / Hospitality (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT, invoicing, and compliance
• Experience handling multi-unit property portfolios and high transaction volumes
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar accounting tools
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (reconciliations, reporting, trackers)
• High attention to detail, deadline discipline, and ownership mindset
