CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

ERP Setup & Financial Structure

• Define the Chart of Accounts, cost centers, and project accounting structures for the new ERP
• Set up multi-entity and multi-currency accounting across UAE, KSA, Lebanon, and Poland
• Classify and structure employee costs vs project costs within the system

Data Migration

• Audit existing financial data across spreadsheets, bank records, and current systems
• Migrate and reconcile data into the new ERP, ensuring clean opening balances

Controls & Compliance

• Set up approval workflows, segregation of duties, and expense controls in the ERP
• Ensure compliance with UAE, KSA, and Lebanese tax and regulatory requirements
• Prepare the company for external audit readiness

Day-to-Day Financial Operations

• Run monthly close processes and maintain accurate books across all entities
• Produce P&L reports by project and by entity for management review
• Track project-level costs (travel, per diem, logistics) alongside resource costs

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Expertise

• 3–8 years of experience in accounting, finance management, financial control, or internal audit
• Experience with ERP systems (implementation, configuration, migration, or daily use of any major platform)
• Strong understanding of Chart of Accounts design, cost center structures, and project accounting
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency accounting environments
• Background in professional services, technology, consulting, or banking is strongly preferred
• Big 4 or mid-tier audit firm experience is a significant plus
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CIA certification is a plus
• Familiarity with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and GCC regulatory requirements

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reconciliation discipline
• Ability to translate business requirements into ERP configurations and financial structures
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data analysis and migration work
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
• Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding technical workflows
• Self-directed with the ability to manage workstreams independently
