Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-client bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions using accounting software such as Xero or Zoho Books.
• Prepare FRS-compliant financial statements and reports, ensuring adherence to applicable accounting standards.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with Corporate Tax filing and ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Provide financial insights and reports to clients, helping them make informed business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with clients to address queries and provide professional accounting support.
• Assist in audit preparation by organizing working papers and supporting documents.
• Continuously improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements (Must Have):

• Proven experience in multi-client bookkeeping using Xero or Zoho Books.
• Strong knowledge of FRS-compliant financial reporting standards.
• Hands-on experience with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
