Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded.

• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Support audit processes, including internal and external audits, by preparing required documentation.
• Assist in tax filings, including VAT and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis and internal reporting to support management decisions.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts with accurate entries.
• Monitor cash flow and financial activities, identifying discrepancies or risks.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all financial records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform additional ad hoc accounting tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Accountant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and statement preparation.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Good understanding of budgeting and financial performance tracking.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations, VAT, and tax filing processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
