• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform daily administrative tasks and maintain organized financial documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients regarding accounting matters.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and UAE financial regulations.
• Assist auditors by preparing required accounting reports and supporting documents.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong accounting skills and excellent knowledge of VAT regulations and tax filing procedures.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage monthly accounts efficiently.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and time management skills.
