Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in QuickBooks and internal business systems.
• Handle accounting activities for multiple entities across UAE, KSA, and Egypt operations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes efficiently.
• Prepare customer and supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies when required.
• Generate and maintain AR ageing, AP ageing, cash flow reports, and management reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities with accurate financial data.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily banking transactions.
• Coordinate customer payment follow-ups and supplier payment planning activities.
• Support VAT calculations, tax documentation, and audit requirements.
• Review invoices, purchase orders, delivery documents, and supporting accounting records.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and management teams regarding project-related accounting matters.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records and reports.
• Utilize software platforms such as Scoro, QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP/accounting systems for financial operations and reporting.
• Monitor expenses, payments, and financial transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Perform additional accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong experience in handling multi-entity accounting operations.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and ERP/accounting systems.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Experience in AR/AP management, reconciliations, and banking activities.
• Knowledge of VAT procedures, tax documentation, and audit support processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Attention to detail with strong accuracy in financial reporting.
