Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle bookkeeping activities including journal entries, ledger updates, and transaction recording.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and account verification procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and accounting summaries for management review.
• Assist in VAT filing, Corporate Tax filing, and audit processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards and UAE financial regulations.
• Utilize Tally Prime for accounting entries, reporting, and financial management.
• Monitor company expenses and support budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, auditors, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure timely completion of accounting tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
• Perform additional accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in the trading or electrical industry.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Experience in assisting VAT filing, Corporate Tax filing, and audit processes.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ladies are preferable.
