Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts.
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on pending customer payments.
• Verify supplier invoices and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Maintain organized financial records, files, and documentation.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Support internal and external audit requirements by providing accurate records and reports.
• Coordinate with various departments regarding financial transactions and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous accounting experience is required.
• Experience with Odoo ERP is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, spreadsheets, and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger functions.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
