Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting Operations

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily financial transactions.
• Record journal entries, payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
• Manage the General Ledger (GL) and subsidiary ledgers.
• Process accounting transactions accurately and on time.
• Verify financial documents before posting transactions.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.

Accounts Management

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and supplier payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer collections.
• Prepare customer statements and supplier reconciliations.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when necessary.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies promptly.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Generate cash flow reports and management reports.
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Analyze financial transactions and prepare summary reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records for audit purposes.

Inventory & Business Support

• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams regarding inventory records.
• Monitor stock-related financial transactions.
• Reconcile inventory movements with accounting records.
• Support purchasing and procurement accounting activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory costs and valuations.
• Assist management with financial analysis related to inventory and sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in the mobile accessories industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
