Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting Operations

• Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare journal entries, payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
• Maintain proper bookkeeping and organized accounting records.
• Update and maintain the General Ledger (GL).
• Verify financial documents before processing transactions.
• Ensure all accounting records are complete and accurate.

Accounts Management

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and supplier invoices.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer collections.
• Prepare customer statements and payment schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve account discrepancies.
• Assist with maintaining accurate cash and expense records.
• Follow up on outstanding payments professionally.

Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare expense summaries and management reports.
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning tasks.
• Maintain supporting documentation for financial transactions.
• Help ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.

Administrative Support

• Coordinate with finance, sales, HR, and operations teams.
• Maintain electronic and physical accounting files.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Perform additional accounting duties assigned by senior management.

Role & Requirements

• Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of related local accounting experience.
• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of general accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Computer literate with the ability to work on accounting software.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
