Accounts Assistant Full Time

Accounts Assistant jobs in Dubai are essential within education and corporate finance environments. Candidates with expertise in student payment processing systems, budgeting coordination, financial reconciliation procedures, accounting automation platforms, and corporate tax compliance frameworks will support accurate financial management and operational transparency.

Key accountabilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare, process, and reconcile invoices, payments, and receipts
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow tracking
• Help maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial documentation

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local VAT and financial regulations (advantageous)
