Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial reports and summaries as requested by management.

  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial records and documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems and accounting processes.

  • Ability to process and record purchase and sales invoices in ERP systems.

  • Experience in preparing bank reconciliations and payment vouchers.

  • Knowledge of accruals, provisions, and fixed asset record maintenance.

  • Ability to monitor petty cash transactions and receivable collections.

  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with HR for payroll and audit processes.

  • Candidates must be locally available in the UAE.

  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
