Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and bookkeeping activities.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.

• Maintain organized filing systems and proper accounting documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for accounting and reporting tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and accounting processes.
• Ability to process and record purchase and sales invoices in ERP systems.
• Experience in preparing bank reconciliations and payment vouchers.
• Knowledge of accruals, provisions, and fixed asset record maintenance.
• Ability to monitor petty cash and receivable collections effectively.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
