Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including invoice verification, vendor payments, and statement reconciliations.
• Perform regular bank, cash, and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Record prepayments and operational expenses accurately in the ERP system.
• Manage intercompany transactions and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Assist with quarterly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Manage sales invoicing, credit/debit notes, and purchase documentation.
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure all transactions are correctly documented.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with vendors and customers regarding financial matters.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Maintain organized financial filing and record management systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist management by preparing reports and providing financial insights when required.
• Perform additional accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
• Experience working with ERP systems (MS Dynamics is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
