Job Description

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Coordinator to support the accounting team by coordinating daily financial activities and ensuring smooth financial operations across departments.

• The ideal candidate will act as a key link between finance, operations, and management, helping maintain accurate records and ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

• Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Taxation.

  • Proven experience handling day-to-day accounting functions in a corporate or professional environment.

  • Exposure to VAT, tax documentation, and statutory compliance will be considered an advantage.

• Accounting Software & Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Tally, and Zoho Accounting Software.

  • Ability to manage financial data using cloud-based accounting systems.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, reconciliations, and basic financial analysis.

  • Skilled in preparing reports, maintaining ledgers, and supporting financial audits.

• Qualification Requirements:

  • ACCA / CA / Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • Professional accounting certifications will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts and financial records.

  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Handle bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash flow tracking.

  • Assist with tax calculations, VAT filings, and related compliance requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify financial information.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
