Accounts Payable Specialist Full Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage and oversee our company’s financial obligations. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling accounts payable processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices and payment requests.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor accounts and transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
• Resolve discrepancies and liaise with vendors for payment issues.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Comply with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Azerbaijani (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
