Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing technical projects, preferably within a consulting or services environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management frameworks is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with technical tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent project tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Identify potential risks and issues early, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to all stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
