Key Responsibilities:

• Handle telecom billing operations (VoIP/SMS), including accurate invoice generation and billing reconciliation.
• Manage bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions match records and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations, including preparation and filing support.
• Track and manage revenue streams, including both domestic and international client billing.
• Prepare and issue client invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing cycles.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections.
• Process and manage vendor payments, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to ensure accurate billing and service records.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights for management decision-making.
• Monitor financial transactions to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
• Utilize Tally/ERP systems and advanced Excel tools for efficient financial management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
• 5–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with Tally or ERP accounting systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Experience handling client billing and vendor management.

Preferred:

• Experience in telecom billing (VoIP/SMS).
• Knowledge of international transactions and cross-border billing.
