What You’ll Deliver

• You’ll provide end‑to‑end executive support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, document preparation, stakeholder engagement, and guest logistics, ensuring accuracy, preparedness, and professionalism at all times.
• You’ll act as a key coordination point across internal and external stakeholders, exercising judgement on priorities and escalating sensitive or high‑risk matters appropriately.
• You’ll support and supervise Executive Office team members, providing guidance, oversight, and continuity during periods of leave, absence, or peak workload.
• You’ll coordinate CEO travel activities, including itineraries, documentation, stakeholder liaison, and last‑minute changes, ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and seamless execution.
• You’ll manage and maintain financial trackers, support forecasting activities, and ensure accurate visibility of expenditure, commitments, and variances using approved systems.
• You’ll support the operational integrity of the Executive Office by overseeing maintenance activities, permits, and coordination with relevant internal teams.

What You Bring

• You’ll have proven 6 months to 3 years experience of supporting senior executives in a complex, fast‑paced environment, with exposure to C‑suite.
• You’ll have strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
• You’ll have confidence to provide operational cover for senior roles and supervise team members when required.
• You’ll have high level of financial and systems awareness, with experience managing trackers, reports, and administrative systems.
• You’ll be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• You’ll have strong technical skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
