Key Responsibilities:

• Process all Sales Return (GRV) transactions within agreed timelines, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Manage invoicing of near-expiry and saleable damaged stocks, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company procedures.
• Ensure timely movement of saleable stock to designated storage locations to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
• Monitor proper segregation, storage, and disposal of damaged and expired goods as per company standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) norms.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts Receivable (AR), Delivery, and Put-away teams for efficient workflow and operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, updating stock movements in SAP and other systems.
• Perform regular stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory verification to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor team productivity and support initiatives to drive continuous operational improvement.
• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of Material Handling Equipment (MHEs).
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments.
• Maintain organized and efficient warehouse storage systems for easy access and stock control.
• Identify discrepancies in stock and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems for inventory and operations.
• Support warehouse supervisors in daily operational tasks and reporting activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant warehouse operations experience in the UAE, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Proficiency in SAP for inventory and warehouse management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and HSE compliance.
