Billing Assistant Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify billing data and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain financial records and update customer accounts.
- Assist with reconciling accounts and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding billing inquiries.
- Generate billing reports and support financial audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a billing or accounts role.
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
