Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash, card payments, and POS records.
• Identify and report any cash shortages or overages.
• Maintain proper documentation for daily financial transactions.

Customer Service

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer questions regarding payments, bills, prices, and receipts.
• Handle payment-related concerns professionally and patiently.
• Assist customers with refunds or transaction-related queries.
• Maintain a positive attitude even during busy periods.
• Ensure every customer receives efficient and courteous service.

Hygiene & Company Standards

• Follow company cash handling procedures and operational policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around the cashier counter.
• Follow applicable hygiene and food-service standards.
• Protect customer payment information and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow workplace safety and security procedures.
• Cooperate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
