Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee construction projects including residential, commercial, and infrastructure works.

• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

• Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and standards.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, municipality requirements, and safety guidelines.

• Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and documentation for management and authorities.

• Manage material approvals, testing, and quality control procedures.

• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.

• Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates.

• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of all engineering activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• UAE Society of Engineers (SOE) Membership / Municipality Engineer Card is mandatory.

• 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in civil construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.

• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and MS Office.
