What Will Your Day Look Like?

• The production Data Entry Operator is responsible for supporting in reviewing the previous shift’s reports and organizing all production documents, logs, and batch records that need to be entered into the system. Throughout the day, the operator accurately inputs production figures, material usage, downtime details, and quality results into the company database, ensuring all information is complete and error free. They verify data against source documents, coordinate with supervisors or line leaders to clarify discrepancies. Regular checks are performed to ensure data accuracy and timely submission of daily production reports. By the end of the shift, the operator confirms that all entries are updated, files are properly stored, and pending issues are communicated to the next shift to maintain smooth and continuous operations.

How Will You Make an Impact?

• Responsible for all system transactions regarding issuance and dispatch.
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
• Responsible for making return documents and returning items from floor and de boxing area.
• Responsible to prepare one day before next day packaging.
• Support other teams with various administrative tasks redirecting day to day task, HR related task etc.
• Establish and implement procedures and practices
• Ensure that the production department meets its quality assurance and scheduling goals by planning, scheduling, and directing production activities

What Would Make You Successful? Minimum Requirements

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, clerical support or administrative roles in a large organization in similar capacity (food industry is a plus), (freshers with strong MS Excel skills can also be considered)
