Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all project and organizational documents, ensuring proper classification, storage, and accessibility.
• Establish and implement document control procedures and systems in line with company standards.
• Ensure all documents are accurately recorded, tracked, and updated within the document management system.
• Control the flow of incoming and outgoing documents, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.
• Maintain proper version control of documents to ensure only the latest approved versions are in use.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and consultancy teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
• Prepare and maintain document registers, logs, and tracking reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Archive and retrieve documents efficiently, ensuring proper record-keeping and audit readiness.
• Monitor document deadlines and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely submissions.
• Handle confidential information with strict confidentiality and security protocols.
• Support project teams by providing document-related assistance and coordination.
• Assist in audits by organizing and providing required documentation and reports.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with engineering and consultancy project requirements.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance document control processes and efficiency.

General Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably within engineering or consultancy environments.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Immediate joiner is a must.
• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Document Management.
• Strong knowledge of document control systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with document management software is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams.
• Ability to handle multiple documents and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
