Key Responsibilities

Safe Transportation

• Safely transport goods, staff, customers, or company personnel to assigned destinations.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
• Ensure passengers, goods, and company materials are transported safely.
• Drive responsibly and follow all applicable traffic regulations.
• Maintain professional conduct when interacting with customers, staff, and other road users.
• Ensure timely arrival at destinations whenever possible.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean and presentable condition.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Check essential items such as tyres, lights, brakes, oil, coolant, and fuel levels.
• Report vehicle defects, maintenance requirements, or unusual issues promptly.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and maintenance when instructed.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly parked and secured after use.

Trip & Fuel Records

• Maintain accurate trip records for assigned journeys.
• Record fuel purchases and maintain proper fuel documentation.
• Monitor vehicle mileage and report relevant information to management.
• Submit required trip, fuel, and vehicle records on time.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to company vehicle usage.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Drive defensively and remain alert at all times.
• Avoid unsafe driving practices and unauthorized vehicle use.
• Ensure required vehicle documents and driving licence are valid.
• Report accidents, traffic incidents, or vehicle-related issues immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality when transporting staff, customers, or company materials.

Customer & Team Support

• Assist customers or staff with loading and unloading when required.
• Provide professional and courteous service during transportation.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding daily schedules and destinations.
• Communicate delays or route changes promptly.
• Support other transportation-related duties as assigned.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with colleagues.

Requirements

• Valid Light Vehicle Driving Licence.
• Minimum 6 months of driving experience.
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic conditions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy personality.
• Good knowledge of basic vehicle inspection and maintenance.
• Ability to follow schedules and instructions accurately.
• Strong commitment to road safety.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily transportation duties.
• Age: 21–45 years may be considered based on the vacancy requirements.
