Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Visit assigned customers daily according to the sales route.
• Promote and sell ice cream products to retail outlets and customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Delivery & Distribution

• Operate the 3/10 Pick-Up vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Load, transport, and deliver ice cream products while maintaining product quality.
• Ensure products remain at the required temperature during transportation.
• Verify delivery quantities against invoices before delivery.
• Collect delivery acknowledgements and maintain proper records.
• Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels in the delivery vehicle.
• Report damaged or expired products immediately.
• Maintain proper stock rotation during deliveries.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts before and after each route.
• Coordinate replenishment requirements with the warehouse team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily sales reports and delivery summaries.
• Record customer orders accurately.
• Collect payments where applicable and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Report market feedback and competitor activities to management.
• Perform additional sales-related duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of Ice Cream Sales experience.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Experience operating a 3/10 Pick-Up vehicle.
• Good knowledge of Ajman and nearby Emirates road networks.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
• Physically fit to load and unload products.
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
