Key Responsibilities

Safe Transportation

• Safely transport staff, clients, goods, documents, or company materials as assigned.
• Follow approved routes, schedules, and transportation instructions.
• Ensure passengers and goods reach their destinations safely and on time.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while representing the company.
• Exercise caution when driving in busy traffic, industrial areas, and unfamiliar locations.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
• Perform basic daily vehicle inspections before starting trips.
• Check fuel levels, tires, brakes, lights, fluids, and other essential vehicle components.
• Report vehicle faults, damage, or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Coordinate with the responsible department for servicing and repairs.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.

Route & Schedule Management

• Follow assigned routes and transportation schedules efficiently.
• Maintain good knowledge of UAE roads, highways, locations, and traffic conditions.
• Use navigation systems and maps when required.
• Plan routes appropriately to avoid unnecessary delays.
• Arrive at assigned locations on time.
• Adjust routes safely when traffic conditions or road restrictions require changes.

Documentation & Records

• Maintain accurate trip, mileage, and fuel records.
• Record vehicle usage and relevant transportation details.
• Maintain required delivery or collection documentation.
• Ensure documents and company materials are handled securely.
• Submit vehicle and trip records according to company procedures.

Safety & Compliance

• Maintain a clean and responsible driving record.
• Follow company safety policies and transportation procedures.
• Ensure passengers use appropriate safety equipment where applicable.
• Never operate the vehicle in an unsafe or unauthorized manner.
• Report accidents, incidents, traffic violations, or vehicle damage immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality when transporting company personnel or sensitive documents.

Qualification

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE traffic laws and road networks.
• Good understanding of road safety practices.
• Physically fit and capable of performing driving-related duties.
• Professional, responsible, punctual, and trustworthy attitude.

Licensing

• Valid UAE Manual Driving License is mandatory.
• Category 3 or Light Vehicle driving license is acceptable, depending on the vehicle assigned.
• Must have a clean driving record with no major violations in the last 2 years.
• License must be valid and legally usable for the required driving duties.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience in the UAE.
• Previous experience in corporate, industrial transport, logistics, or similar environments is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, highways, traffic rules, and major locations.
• Good vehicle-handling and defensive-driving skills.
• Ability to follow schedules and instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Arabic communication skills are preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging traffic situations.
• Strong punctuality and time-management skills.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Transferable visa is an advantage.
