Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end event planning activities in line with client objectives
- Understand and document client requirements, timelines, and expectations for each event
- Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery
- Oversee event logistics including set-up, on-site coordination, and tear-down
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control
- Source, book, and coordinate venues, entertainers, photographers, and speakers
- Conduct on-site inspections and provide hands-on event support to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle post-event follow-up, evaluations, and reporting to assess event success
- Support corporate travel coordination related to events, including accommodation, ground transport, visas, and other non-air services
- Provide excellent customer service and professionally manage client queries or service escalations
- Negotiate competitive rates and agreements with event and travel service providers
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Event Executive or in a similar event management role
- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple events simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
- Proven experience managing vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach
