OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

Assisting the event planners with the billing process for events and group room reservations from the turnover from sales till the post-event phase; conducts daily bill review according to the Marriott standards and drives the ESS Overall Billing experience. Maintains ownership of the deposit schedule, processes payments and makes sure that the Paymaster accounts are closed within 5 working days; attends the monthly credit meeting.

Core Work Activities:

• Serve as the billing point of contact for customers and event organizers.
• Ensure smooth handover from Sales to Event Planning.
• Review contracts and billing terms for compliance.
• Identify and resolve billing issues proactively.
• Monitor open PM accounts and follow up as needed.
• Verify reservation routing and banquet charges.
• Process deposits and credit card payments in Opera.
• Prepare and issue final invoices.
• Address guest billing inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate billing records and policy compliance.

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: More than 2 years of experience in large scale hotel events or accounting department.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
