Finance Analyst Full Time

Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Finance Analyst to join our Customer Fulfillment Operations Finance team in Dubai, UAE. This role is a pivotal link between financial data and strategic decision-making, empowering senior leadership with insights to optimize cost structures, drive operational efficiency, and shape business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and operational analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop financial models to forecast performance, link operational objectives to financials, and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Partner cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Lead finance projects, ensuring timely execution, quality auditing, and issue resolution.
• Drive efficiency improvements through automation, standardization, and process enhancements.
• Generate actionable insights from data, influencing leadership decisions and business strategies.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Develop tools and processes to streamline financial operations across Amazon’s AMET teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in financial performance analysis using key KPIs.
• Proven track record of process improvement through automation and financial analysis.
• Strong ability to identify and implement improvements in finance and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in continuous improvement projects with measurable results.
• MBA or CPA certification.
• Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos.
• Experience with large-scale financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
