KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Prepare monthly,quarterly, and annual financialreports in compliance with IFRS.

Maintain accurategeneral ledger records and ensure timely month-end and year-end close.

Assist with external auditsand liaise with auditors as required.

Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT laws, and internal policies.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis

Support the preparation of annual budgetsand periodic forecasts.

Monitor actualperformance against budgets and provide variance analysis.

Prepare financialanalysis to supportoperational and strategicdecision-making.

Accounts& Cash Flow Management

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.

Monitor cash flow, workingcapital, and payment cycles.

Coordinate with Procurement and Operations teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and expense control.

Internal Controls& Process Improvement

Maintain and improve financialcontrols, processes, and documentation.

Support the implementation of finance systems,tools, or ERP solutions where applicable.

Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements within finance and cross-functional workflows.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Project teamsto ensure financial accuracyof contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.

Provide financial support for sustainability-related projects, grants, or funding initiatives where applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a relatedfield.

Strong working knowledge of IFRS standards.

4+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience, preferably within technology, sustainability, engineering, or project-based environments.

Experience working in the UAE or familiarity with UAE VAT and regulatory requirements.

Experience in sustainability, clean technology, or ESG-driven organizations.

Exposure to multi-entity or international reporting.
