Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation activities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports along with management insights and analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor company cash flow and track operational expenses efficiently.
• Handle inventory accounting, stock valuation, and cost tracking processes.
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, financial policies, and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, bookkeeping entries, and financial documentation.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and supplier settlements accurately.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit preparation and documentation.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost optimization.
• Utilize accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar ERP systems for financial management and reporting.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams regarding inventory and finance matters.
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial and accounting records.
• Perform additional finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• CA Inter / ACMA Inter / ACCA / CMA (partly qualified preferred).
• Experience in office furniture, manufacturing, or trading industries is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar accounting systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
