Finance Executive Full Time

We’re looking for a Finance Executive with Netsuite experience to join our team in Dubai.




What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage invoicing, credit notes, and statements of account.
• Export and update financial records in Netsuite and Xero.
• Track payments, investigate delays, and handle returned checks.
• Create payment links, allocate payments, and share receipts with customers.
• Deposit checks and update bank statements.
• Assist with accounting, tax invoice reviews, and general financial tasks.
• Support sales by setting up customer, billing, and subscription accounts.
• Follow up on due invoices and escalate those to our collection agency if must.
• Handle administrative tasks like uploading invoices to portals and managing payment systems.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Experience in finance operations and working experience in SaaS business, with tools such as Netsuite and Xero.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Great communication skills.
